I am dynamic and fun, loving and interesting, at the same time, serious and strict. Love to be with students. Good at breaking down complicated problems into different steps, to make things easy to solve. My CMS kids told me that: "Miss Angela, you are a genius!" In this class, students will meet once a week over the video classroom that Takelessons has. Key knowledge points of Pre-Algebra will be taught, relevant Mathematics skills and tricks will be practiced, students will be guided to think deeper and explore the relations and beauty of Pre-Algebra, to keep their math brain fresh and developing stronger and stronger, so as to be ready for 7th-8th grade as well as high school math.

Class Plan:
15 minutes - Warm up
10 minutes - Homework review
10 minutes - Key knowledge point instruction
10 minutes - Practice

Pre-algebra for Age 10-14 Students

Miss A is an awesome instructor. She is very  patient and encouraging. My daughter was struggling with math and I was unable to help her. I found Ms. A on take lessons and she’s a perfect match. My daughter has improved in math and is a bit more confident when completing math assignments.

Helped my daughter with math. She was struggling so much and Angela taught her some easy was for my daughter to understand math and assist with her math homework. Now my daughter is doing great in math and I feel so confident on how Angela teaching my daughter. She always in a great mood after her session with Angela. Thank you so much!! My sons take math lessons with Angela for over a year now and she is patient, kind, knowledgeable, and professional.  I think it's really special how she manages teach a lot of material plus make math enjoyable and fun for the boys.  Finally, I like that she responds to questions pretty quickly.

Angela has been a great help in my math classes! She is able to explain problems so the students can understand the concepts; she is comfortable with all the concepts we've gone over in middle school math; and she makes the students feel at ease.  Her passion for teaching and math is evident in her work.

Ms. Angela loves Math and her students enjoy this passion.  She explains concepts memorably and with clarity.  She is kind and respected by her students.  She is a wonderful team player. Miss Angela is a teacher's aide at the middle school where I work.  She has a comprehensive understanding of math concepts through college level.
