Hello all,

I would like to introduce myself: my name is Marc and I would be more than happy to help you with whatever topic you need help with.  I graduated from UConn with a BS in Finance and minors in both Mathematics and Economics. While at UConn, I began tutoring and enjoyed working with a variety of students, teaching them all types of math, from basic to complex content including Statistics and higher level calculus.

Outside of academia, I enjoy playing and watching sports and am a huge San Francisco 49ers fan. I have been playing tennis since I was 5 years old as well as teaching it for over 8 years. Another fun fact-I have been to Disney World over 20 times!

This course will cover how to use a TI-83 (or higher) calculator to solve many of the statistics formulas/ equations you will see in your first statistics class.  We will start with combinations and permutations followed by probability functions.  Finally we will wrap up with hypothesis testing and confidence intervals using our calculator.

He has been really helpful in teaching me concepts and helping me get homework done so I can understand it and be able to practice these concepts on my own which is really helpful.
