Yoga and meditation have been in my life for ten years. After training and being certified with a Yoga Alliance school, I started teaching six years ago. I love teaching beginners and using therapeutic modifications to safely engage with injuries.

I got my first students in high school when I helped teachers and gave classes to the kids from primary and since that time I've been teaching different people different things.
I graduated as economics specialist & teacher of economic theory
and it gives me a great knowledge of how to build classes what method to choose etc but I prefer to teach more practical and useful things.
I enjoy sharing things I know to help others live better simpler life. It's so exciting to see how my student starts practicing things she learnt and how it influences her life. Small excel tip helps to finish tasks in 5 minutes instead of hours of work. Yoga asana which gives you joy and balance for the whole day. John is always educating himself in order to keep providing new insight his yogis to incorporate into their routine. Always was able to pick up new things with him over the course of a few years. I have found with other instructors there is always new learning the first few sessions but slows down soon after.

My journey into yoga started out with just wanting to be able to touch my toes. I sat down on my mat in my first class in a room with about 40 other students, nervous as ever about all the crazy gymnastic like poses we'd have to do. Our teacher turned down the lights a bit, turned on some soft flute music, and asked us to take a deep breath. Then another. Then another. Slowly she guided us to move our bodies and focus on how each breath felt in each position. Eventually, breath by breath, I was able to touch my toes.

When I approach yoga with students, I tailor it to you and always bring it back to the breath. Do you want to work out? Let's get it. You want to chill out, let's chill you out then. Wanna do a handstand? Let's get to a wall! We will get to where you want to go, one breath at a time.
