I've been teaching french for about 5years now and got experience teaching different level and ages. I studied different languages myself, I understand the obstacles that come with taking on a new language. Since I am a native french speaker I can help with grammar, vocabulary and especially pronunciation.

I have a Ph.D. in French from the Ohio State University with twenty years of teaching experience (private lessons, language institutions, and universities).
Since my childhood, I have always been fond of the French language and culture in such a way that French has become part of my identity. From the first day of preschool to the last day of high school, I studied at a French school.
I love teaching French. My teaching methodology depends on each of my students and their specific needs and goals in learning the French language. It is important to me to keep my students interested, motivated, and engaged while learning the language. I always try to assure that my students feel comfortable and confident in speaking French in a friendly and fun environment.

I'm a Certified Interpreter in French (along with Romanian, Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese) by the Defense Language Institute Monterrey, California.
Since middle school I loved foreign languages which proved to be very rewarding starting with high school when traveling around the world with shooting competitions.
Visiting France and other French speaking countries on three continents allowed me the affinity of learning different accents and slangs of the same language.

Learning any foreign language opens doors in life whether on personal or professional level, and I sincerely believe that anybody can learn anything disregarding their age; in fact, I have friends who late in life decided to learn foreign languages or various skills that they always wanted to learn, so, I encourage you to do the same.

Group students are welcome at a special rate.

Students learn at their own pace with games, movies and a lot of interaction.

I've been teaching French since 2002 and my students have gone on to develop a deep love of French culture, travel abroad, and make new friends. Within the first few lessons, you'll be able to communicate in it in everyday situations and as time goes on you'll be able to watch films and listen to and understand music in this language. I specialize in French literature. I love working with students of all ages and experience levels and I can't wait to meet you! J’adore ça, quoi?!

I have been teaching my native language for more than 7 years and I still enjoy sharing my love and great interest in the French language.
My experience in teaching full classes or private tutoring has made me someone patient, understanding and flexible. Whatever the time it takes, I want to see my students succeed and have fun while learning.
As a teacher, I know that every student is unique and it is dear to my heart to respond and adapt to each one. That is why I first suggest one lesson to determinate together your goals and a plan to achieve them. Also, because everyone has special needs and different ways to memorize, I am used to exploit multiple course materials (videos, board games, text books, role plays, etc.) to facilitate the learning process and make it really enjoyable.
