I've been teaching English for 13 years and my students have gone on to develop travel abroad, participate in and win different competitions and contests, and build their careers. Within the first few lessons, you'll be able to communicate in it in everyday life and as time goes on you'll be able to make new friends and study and work in it. Not Aleksandra, but Aliaksandra!
Good luck to everyone who is determined to learn!
She can definitely do it!

My daughter loves her and always is looking forward to the next class, responsiby does her homework and able to teach me a few things :)
But what I truly appreciate as a parent as well, is that she is never late and always makes the day and time that has been arranged, which is very important with everyone’s busy schedules.
I would highly recommend Aleksandra for teaching children and adults!
My best friend is French, and I had Aleksandra over when my friend was visiting, my friend was impressed with her fluency of the language.

*****Before you sign up*****
There are three simple things you need to know about my tutoring program.
1. No matter what your reasons for learning a foreign language are, ultimately it's a part of your SELF DEVELOPMENT. Treat it as such.
2. I don't believe in "good or bad with languages" stereotype. I have taught for many years and learnt that everyone is "language talented" when they actually want to speak a new language. And if you are one of them I garantie that my method will work for you.
3. My program might appear quite different from the ones you have tried or seen before and goes beyond simple grammar and vocabulary presentation. Also prepare to be challenged at every step of the way and the further you will get the more fun and exciting it will be.

*****My Students*****
For over 6 years of professional experie
Thanks to all my students, current and former, I am now confident that every individual, willing to learn one of the languages I teach, without a doubt, has everything it takes to succeed when the right approach is applied during the learning process and that is when your classes are comprehensible, interesting and engaging.
*****Program features*****
It is one on one program, thouroughtly personalized and organized according to your interests (general and professional), schedule, final goals, learning style and many other important elements to be taken into account.
Each session is 50 minutes.
Every session is prepared to reach a particular goal and structured in the way to have a maximum profit from "teacher - student" part of learning. Supporting materials are sent after each session: grammar notes, retention exercises, homework assignments, audio and video files as phonetic exercises and listening practice. The content of these materials is permanently tested and modified in order to achieve the best way to engage each individual student's language acquisition mechanisms.
Teacher's support 24/7.
Extra curricula content: idiomatic language components, cultural studies (traditions, history, literature, cinema and language related etymology), recommendations for independent language practice.
The way I see it, with each new student - there is a new process in my head that starts and constantly creates and improves techniques, ideas, method components, teaching style e.t.c for getting this particular student to do the best he or she can.

I have been teaching ESL students for the last 10 years. I know the ESL students weak points in English. Teaching different nationalities gave me more experience to see where the problem is with I know how to start and how to make them like the language I teach.
About Thais
Variety of ages made my teaching a blessing.
I taught ESL and my students with different backgrounds were inspired by the way I taught them. Currently I’m teaching French and German to kids and adults at the same time. I have been teaching the same kids for the last 3 years they became advanced students and they can communicate in the foreign language now.

I have a TESOL Certificate from Columbia University and am currently a Columbia University TESOL Masters student. I have taught ESL in the Community Language Program at Columbia University as well as teach privately.
As an ESL instructor, I pride myself on my patience and understanding for the student's learning style. Prior to our first lesson, the student will take a Memletics Style Questionnaire, which is an assessment that tells the student, as well as myself, what kind of learner he or she is. This allows me to customize the student's lessons to be as effective as possible.
Lessons focus on a blend of grammar focus, as well as communicative language, and everyday language. This allows the student to gain a real understanding of the English language that can be used when interacting with native English speakers.
The student will explain what their goal is for learning English, as the lessons will cater towards the student's goals.
About Mina
My name is Mina and I am a current TESOL Masters student at Columbia University. I also have a TESOL Certificate from Columbia University, and teach at the Community Language Program at Columbia University.
I have taught ESL to students of all ages privately since 2017, with a focus on teaching adults. I also speak fluent German, and have a broad understanding of romance languages.
I teach students based on their learning styles, and customize lessons based on students' goals. The lessons blend grammar techniques with conversational techniques, in order to prepare the student for everyday conversation interaction. Lessons are interactive, in order to ensure effective acquisition of English as a second language.
If you have any questions, please feel free to send me a message!
I look forward to working with you.
Best,
Mina
