I had my first lesson with Ron today and is exactly what I was looking for! His passion, humility, and desire to help others is evident. I am a Chiropractor and also do Acupuncture, so have been looking for the right person with the knowledgeable background to ensure the teachings were as deeply connected to the root and truth of this wonderful art. I look forward to this journey!
Just had my first individual lesson with Ron. I explained my recent symptoms of knee pain, stiffness and problems moving the joint. Also, swelling, tenderness and a crackling sound when moving. My instinct was to move less but Ron encouraged and guided me through a sequence of physical Tai Chi activities. The session included a combination of exercises to strengthen my muscles and increase my flexibility. After one session I am feeling less stiff. I have a plan to incorporate some regular exercise daily. Thanks Ron and I look forward to seeing you next week :)
