Welcome to the Soul Fitness Exercise Trial Course!

During this 9 week course, you will learn 9 scripturally based exercises.  
These will be introduced each Monday over the next nine weeks, and reviewed each day that week, and on the Monday the following week.  

This 9 week course will also share with you 9 warm up movements, introduced on Tuesdays.

Starting week 2, and ending on week 8, each Wednesday you will learn the seven body weight exercises.  

Starting week 3, and ending on week 7, each Thursday you will learn an abdomen exercise.

Fitness

Hello!  I am Stephen B, a 38-year-old who has traveled to Alaska, Brazil, Cuba, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Israel, Italy, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Greece.  I am recently married and have a little one!  I've taught K-8th graders, 2 through 6-year-old children, 7-12th graders, college students and seniors.  I've taught subjects such as P.E., Health, Weight Training, Christian Apologetic, Ethics, World Religions and History of the Church.  

I am in the middle of five siblings!  I loved playing sports growing up, and enjoyed coaching basketball, volleyball, track and field, and archery.  I enjoyed playing football, tennis, wrestling, and lacrosse in high school.  I went to the University of West Georgia for my Health, P.E., and Sport Studies degree and then to Asbury Theological Seminary for my Masters of Divinity.  

Having experience with non-denomination churches, protestant and Catholic churches, I have a wide variety of experience.  Also, studying the human soul for many years has allowed me the privilege to recognize the importance of having a "fit" soul.  I started 'Soul Fitness Ministries as a 501(c)3 a few years ago which you can find out more by looking up Soul Fitness Ministries!

I still lead this trade school teaching the World Revival Prayer Guide classes, the United Spirit Motivation classes, the Bearing Fruit book classes, and the soul fitness exercise Classes.

I taught P.E. and scriptures to 5 to 9 year old students.

P.E. Teacher

I was trained in undergrad with a degree in Health, Physical Education and Sport Studies.

I have excelled in most sports, and love seeing the benefits of good technique in athletes seeking to improve their performance.  

My favorite sports are football, baseball, badminton, pickleball, tennis and weight training, yet I also enjoy teaching basketball, soccer, track and field, archery and fitness classes.

Part of each Soul Fitness 4 Kids class includes agility drills with either cones, speed ladders or hurdles, combined with learning vocabulary.  

I teach wholistically and from a Godly, Spirit filled perspective, implementing scriptures and character building.

Stephen, is the first guitar instructor where I was able to successfully follow along with him and play an entire song from start to finish. I felt like a real guitarist! He's fun, supportive and has an upbeat positive attitude. He'll be patient with you and meet you where you're at musically.
