Book NowI like to make lessons fun and engaging for my students. Practicing for the sake of practicing doesn't yield usually leave a lasting love for playing music. I'm passionate about helping my students figure out what kind of music they enjoy or connect with and giving them the tools and techniques needed to play their favorite songs and styles - and also be able to play with their friends. I'm happy to go as deep into theory as the student wants to go. Learning the guitar changed my life because it gave me a new way to connect with people, and I started playing in churches and bands at a young age. My hope is to help my you or your child develop a love and mastery of your instrument!

Book NowI believe that voice lessons are for everybody! Through voice lessons, we form valuable mind-body connections, gain confidence, and blow off steam. The ability to express is a valuable life skill, as is thinking creatively, and singing lessons cultivate these skills. Through singing, we grow as people, and become more in touch with ourselves and the world around us.
I have experience teaching all ages, from young beginners to advanced collegiate performers. I have taught a wide variety of styles and genres, including classical, musical theatre, jazz, pop, and rock. I believe in teaching holistically- using the whole body and mind in sound production

Think you're too old to learn how to play the violin? Nonsense! Take a look as Los Angeles teacher Travis H. dispels the myth and explains why taking music lessons as a later age can actually be beneficial... The age at which a violinist begins playing is an interesting thing. Most of my violinist friends started when they were in elementary school, and just about everyone says that starting at an early age is the right thing to do. The music bug didn’t bite me until I was 16, and …
