Madeline is a really kind and enthusiastic instructor. She helped me feel comfortable with my voice and validated my singing, granted I'm not the best singer. I think that's a really great start to singing. I was starting to see some growth in my singing because Madeline helped me become more aware of my body and singing, but I had to discontinue lessons because of certain life circumstances. Would totally recommend.

With a background in both classical and ear training, I teach a highly individualized approach with an emphasis on technique, theory, and sight-reading. My goal is to set a strong foundation in these areas, develop a love for music, and inspire students to reach their full potential. I am confident that any child can learn the basics of an instrument with the right guidance and approach. My experiences as a preschool teacher and elementary music instructor have given me a unique advantage in learning to work with young students and individualize instruction. I look forward to meeting you!

About Rachel

I get it. Whether it was a concert, a video, or a school friend who just started violin, your little one started begging for the instrument. Now it's been weeks, and what you thought was a passing fancy hasn't gone away. I was that five-year-old. My heart was set on one day playing the violin. It t

Natasha was a wonderful piano teacher for my daughter! She was always thoughtful and came up with useful practice techniques that helped her improve very quickly. I highly recommend her to anyone!

Natasha is a wonderful piano teacher to my son. I love how much she wants my son to grow within each lesson. She focuses on scales for his technique and is very organized in terms of setting goals for each piece my son has for the week. Highly recommend her for any level of piano, especially for beginners!

Natasha is a wonderful teacher and honestly the best instructor I have ever had. I have bounced around quite a bit to different teachers and dealt with some wrist pain at various points, she was by far the most patient and caring of any of them. She is knowledgeable and understands how to teach proper, healthy technique. She actually wanted me to improve as a student and will do whatever it takes to help her students achieve their goals. I highly recommend Natasha as a piano teacher!

"I first started taking lessons with Rick Rossi at the age of 12. I came in and knew little about music but Rick was a great teacher. He used easily absorbable methods about things that other musicians have trouble explaining. It was soon very clear to me that Rick Rossi was an exceptional musician. He could play funky jazz lines, and transition to beautiful classical melodies and play them with such ease and fluidity. It wasn’t until that I had taken some lessons with other teachers that I knew what I had in my life. Rick is a masterful jazz improviser, and I had learned the secrets of a pro’s pro. His methods gave me an edge over the other musicians in my school jazz band. The teachers noticed it and gave me lots of soloing. I was soon able to play chord changes shortly after. The “Rick Rossi” method breaks down a lot of the questions people have about what types of techniques saxophonists use when they solo. Using Rick Rossi’s method has opened lots of doors for me musically. As a result I have played in numerous bands and as soon as Rick thought I was ready he hired me to play in his bands. He is an exceptional musician with tons of experience under his belt. He has played with numerous big-name musicians in the industry. Not only does he teach and play music, he runs his own music agency called Rossi Music that hires and books some of the best musicians in the Los Angeles music scene. His teaching has helped me to become more aware of what it takes to be a professional musician in the real world of the Los Angeles music scene."

I'm still a beginner but I've tried various methods of learning classical guitar and from what I've seen through the various methods I've used, I believe I've learned more information that is going to project me forward faster through Cole in just a few classes than I have through the other methods I've tried so far."

Pink Floyd Guitar Lesson | How to Play Like David Gilmour

When it comes to incredible guitar players, David Gilmour of Pink Floyd takes the cake. In this article, teacher Bernard M. shows you how to play the guitar just like the legend himself...   Many musicians strive to sound like their heroes. They want to get that special something that makes those legends stand out from the crowd. One of the best ways you can do this is to learn their parts -- beat for beat, note for note. While this can be difficult and time consuming, it's on …
