I believe that learning how to sing is one of the things we can reward ourselves to achieve a happy and better life that we lived in. As a Voice Instructor, I believed that this natural instrument has the power to move people and captivate the hearts of people through the singer's delivery of the text within a song being performed.
With that in mind, I always like to have my students achieve this valuable role. I also love to encourage and uplift my students through the very best of their capability learning wide variety of songs while maintaining a healthy singing throughout their instructions.

She is knowledgeable, very nice, and cares about her students. It's clear that she loves music and loves teaching.
I like that she presents just the right challenge to keep me motivated, and at the same time is honestly encouraging. She is precise and points out areas that need improvement, and notices strengths and progress.
She also tries to see what your interests are and brings in music that might appeal to you.
I have learned so much, and look forward to the lessons.

We can also incorporate music theory and history to broaden your musical understanding.

Book Now"What's that knob do?" "What happens if I press this button?" Square wave? Pulse wave? FM? ADSR? LFO?...
AUUUUGH!!
If you know absolute zero, or maybe a little about synthesis, here's your chance to learn what all those knobs and blinky lights do. Starting with the most basic concepts (waveforms, filters, sound manipulation, etc.), we'll get you up and running on your shiny new toy.
No dull, lab-coated lectures here! We can go as slow, or as fast as you want, with a bit of dry humor sprinkled about.
Since it's easier to get where you're going if you know where you've been, you'll learn just enough history to hopefully inspire you to search further in your quest for synth enlightenment.
About Doug
Doug has been involved with synthesizers since 1976, his first being a PAiA Gnome kit. Early influences include Tangerine Dream, Todd Rundgren, Brian Eno, David Bowie, and Isao Tomita. Since then, he has steadily worked his way up the synth food chain. He now owns a LOT of analog and digital synths
