Wanting to learn Spanish for your business, travels, or just to meet and have a good conversation with a Hispanic person? I can help you with that.
I was born and raised in Puerto Rico thus, Spanish is my first language.
I can teach you the formal Spanish so you can win Spanish speaking clients, write the essay for your Spanish school class, or have a conversation with that special person. I also can teach you the informal English so you can have conversations with Hispanic friends or the Hispanic family of your loved one ;)
I know how difficult is to learn a new language. That happened to me when I came to the United States and didn't know how to say a full sentence in English. Having a conversation in that new language is the hardest part in this process. But I will show you examples that you may encounter in real life.
I have a Masters degree from Puerto Rico. My Thesis was written all in Spanish. I also have a PhD but this one was all in English. And something else? My mother ...

こんにちは！ I'm a native speaker if Japanese. I've been tutoring Japanese for 10+ years in Japan and the U.S. I love talking about cultures, traveling, hobby, etc. I'd love to hear what your goals are and customize my lessons. :) Let's get started!
My name is Kyoko. I am a native speaker of Japanese, born and raised in Japan. (As you might guess, my name came from the beautiful city of Kyoto.) When I was in college in Osaka, Japan, I started helping a lot of exchange students with their Japanese. Since then, teaching Japanese has been my
I felt embarrassed to seek help to learn Japanese, because after many years of living in Tokyo for my work, I only knew a few small communicating words here and there... arigato, genki etc... and the writing, well that was 'impossible' to read for me!!
Kyoko was very understanding and made me feel completely comfortable about learning the Japanese language from the beginning. At almost 40 years old and trying to push my brain into learning something new, this was challenging and made me nervous at times. But Kyoko is an amazing teacher and when I finished a lesson with her, I was so proud with what I had accomplished and she made me feel empowered and more driven. I can now understand words in hirigana!! It is amazing to me.
I thank Kyoko so much for her help and support with the lessons we had together :) I will do my best.

Ready to hit the road."
Roman came to my home for two hour lessons. He was never late. He was patient and kind but persistent in pushing me to do the best I could. He always had a lesson outline with lots of excellent study material to leave with me after each lesson.
At one point he had to go back to his home for family matters. During that time he stayed in contact and send lessons via the Internet. The lessons always included homework assignments which he would correct and send back to me, there was no charge to me for these efforts. He's a fair and honest man as well as an excellent teacher.
My trip to France was a richer and more rewarding experience as a result of his efforts. In addition to the language instruction he gave me a good deal of information about regions to visit, places to see, and restaurants use.
I have no reservation in recommending Roman as a teacher as well as a fine human being to be associated with."
He's been absolutely great to work with - extremely personable, and is great at recognizing weaknesses, and making sure you continue to work on them."
