About Meriem Saber
My name is MERIEM I am An Arabic and French tutor , I taught French in my country several years with public and private schools .
I had master degree in French studies. I am happy to work wi
th any age of student from elementary school to adult. and am excited to share my knowledge with others. It is my belief that learning a language is one of the most challenging and fulfilling things a person can do.
I have experience tutoring my own peers at the university, as well as with tutoring young children and adults. This experience has given me the skill set required to assess a student's needs and utilize the resources necessary to satisfy them. Some of my strategies include conversation coaching, vocabulary practice, and grammar and concept explanations. It is my understanding that every student is an individual with their own unique learning style, and it is my goal to engage each student on an individual basis that speaks to his or her style.

Galina was awesome!! She was able to teach both of my kids more in half an hour than I was able to teach them in 8 years. Even though I speak Russian fluently. One of them things!!!

provide them with tools for success. I teach my students so they can take charge of their learning.

I hold a Masters Degree in Education with an emphasis in Bilingual/Bicultural Education. Prior to earning my masters degree, I was a bilingual educator for six years. I also hold a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering and worked six years in this field.

I work with students all ages. I am available for homework, homeschooling, and enrichment activities. Before meeting with my students, I gather the necessary information in order to create a lesson plan that will meet the student's specific needs. I have extensive experience in curriculum design. My approach to teaching is student-centered. I use a variety of methods to ensure that students are active participants in the learning process and get the most out of instruction.

I have worked with students with special needs including, learning disabled, ADHD and gifted and talented. When planning my lessons, I make sure that the activities included are appropriate for the student and use students feedback in future planning.
