About Simona
I was born and raised in Italy. When I moved to the States in 2005, I barely spoke English.
That's why I decided to start teaching Italian. I know how difficult it is to go to a foreign country and not be able to buy something as simple as bread.

I will send you links, we will read together, watch videos, talk to each other. No need to buy any book with me, I will send you everything.

Are you ready to learn? Because I am happy to teach you.

I took a series of singing lessons with Sara Ann because I want to be able to sing at the dinner before my wedding (preferably a duet) this coming November. I am not a singer, and have not sang in front of an audience since the 5th grade. Sara Ann did a wonderful job of introducing me to new exercises and warm-ups, helping me identify strengths that I can build off of, things that I can work on, and having a better understand of my own capabilities. I feel comfortable with the song that I've chosen to sing and am looking forward to the performance!

Love the lessons with Sara Ann - informative, interesting, and always helpful! She is a true speech master who can clearly identify what is missing and find excellent tools to fix it. of My first language is Russian and I was always excited to minimize its presence when I speak English. I tried some online videos but realized unless someone in person points you to what exactly sounds wrong, there won't be any results.
Sara Ann is awesome in explaining details and makes it all smooth and easy. I can really see improvements. Highly recommend!

About Anthony
I have 12 years experience in teaching Japanese as a tutor. Occupation wise I am a Electrical Engineer Major, Entrepreneur, Author, Motivational Coach and Language Enthusiast. I am a firm believer that we really can do anything we put our minds too. My main focus and purpose is to HELP and add VALUE to as many lives as possible. I am solely interested in the progression and success of the student. It is my duty for me to teach you as much information on the Language in the most comprehensive way possible.

I'm originally from Long Island City, New York. I had a teacher of Japanese descent and she always brought her culture to the classroom. I was 10 years old, and I used to ask her questions about the way she would dress and her mannerisms and she would tell me anything I wanted to know. The culture is where it began for me, but the lang
uage is what took me on a whole different level of mentality and understanding.

I began learning the language at the age of 12 from a Japanese friend. At age 14 I learned from online courses and music, it was so intriguing to me that I began self study. At age 17 is when my listening skills began to kick in. I was understanding not only music but some Anime, this is when it really got fun lol. At age 20, is when I reached advance speaking proficiency and was able to understand LIVE dialoge from Natives. I am now 27. I am excited to teach and speak fluent japanese to you guys so you can hear it in it's native form.

So Anthony why should I choose you to be my teacher?

#1 I am literate in Japanese, I speak proper and perfect English so you will understand me lol.

#2 I will talk to you in a relatable way, so you will not feel like you're in a boring lecture, Japanese is an exciting language, so you do not need to feel like you're preached to.

#3 I will make this fun and interactive, keeping you engaged from beginning to end, wanting to know more. Most importantly I will give you as much information in the time given, so you can leave knowing your money is well spent.

#4 Lastly I can teach you formal and informal Japanese. I will give you all the key components to the Japanese Language without the fluff. In most language instruction there are key things to know mixed with fluff. This is what makes students lose interest or get confused. There will be no fluff in my class, everything that I teach you will be a key component to your language learning success.

So what are you waiting for ? Your success starts here !! Let's do this !! :)

About ALI
Why did you decide to become an Arabic teacher?

Since my childhood, I liked to write poems and stories, I was famous among my friends and family for my creative writing style. These were one of my best skills, I was the “special” student in the Arabic class. I wanted to spread this great language which I adore among future generations, I believe in the young generation, and I think that it’s our responsibility to teach them and help them to make a difference. So, I decided to become an Arabic teacher, and I am grateful that my students loved me and I will never forget any of my students whom I taught during my many years of experience in teaching Arabic in iraq.

What do you love most about teaching?

Many people consider teaching to be a hard, boring task, but I believe that teaching is one of the greatest missions. I love to teach beca
use I don’t just teach, I also learn from my students, I learned a lot from them, and this have actually helped me to expand my lifelong experience. Teaching Arabic allowed me to interact with more students every day, so I love this job and I think that it’s the noblest thing on earth.
