I am an experienced ESL instructor with a Master's degree in Education and a TESOL certificate.  I have taught reading, speaking, writing, listening, grammar, and vocabulary to adult learners from Basic Literacy through Academic and Business English (including prep for the TOEFL and TOEIC exams).  I taught at Heartland Community College from 2012 through 2015 and have been teaching exclusively online since 2016.  I am very patient and work hard to make my lessons fun and stress free!

In this class you will learn to use and understand indirect language and diplomatic express so that you can deal with cultural differences and give bad news or negative feedback more easily.  You will also learn vocabulary words needed to describe both good and bad behavior.  Finally, you will learn the sentence structure for expressing the unreal past.
