I am an experienced ESL instructor with a Master's degree in Education and a TESOL certificate.  I have taught reading, speaking, writing, listening, grammar, and vocabulary to adult learners from Basic Literacy through Academic and Business English (including prep for the TOEFL and TOEIC exams).  I taught at Heartland Community College from 2012 through 2015 and have been teaching exclusively online since 2016.  I am very patient and work hard to make my lessons fun and stress free!

In this class you will learn to recent and unfinished events, and completed actions in the past.  You will be introduced to transitional words that define time, chronology, and sequence. You will also learn about the difference between the present perfect and the simple past verb tenses.
