I am an experienced ESL instructor with a Master's degree in Education and a TESOL certificate.  I have taught reading, speaking, writing, listening, grammar, and vocabulary to adult learners from Basic Literacy through Academic and Business English (including prep for the TOEFL and TOEIC exams).  I taught at Heartland Community College from 2012 through 2015 and have been teaching exclusively online since 2016.  I am very patient and work hard to make my lessons fun and stress free!

The goal for this class is to learn how to network with other business people, both online and face-to-face.  In this class you will learn vocabulary needed to make small talk, as well as the vocabulary that is appropriate for first and second encounters and for connecting people.  Finally, you will practice transforming direct speech into reported speech.
