I am an experienced ESL instructor with a Master's degree in Education and a TESOL certificate.  I have taught reading, speaking, writing, listening, grammar, and vocabulary to adult learners from Basic Literacy through Academic and Business English (including prep for the TOEFL and TOEIC exams).  I taught at Heartland Community College from 2012 through 2015 and have been teaching exclusively online since 2016.  I am very patient and work hard to make my lessons fun and stress free!

In this A1-level class you will learn the numbers 1 - 20 as well as how to use the verb "have".  Additionally, you will learn the rules for using a/an with nouns.  Finally, you will begin learning how to form singular and plural nouns.

By the end of this class you should be able to make basic sentences about things that  you  have.
