"I really enjoyed learning Italian from Alessandra. She was always encouraging and kind. I had learned a little French before I started taking Italian less
ons from her, and she inspired me to brush up on it as well! As someone who is from Italy she knew all the right phrases to help me prepare for my upcoming trip to Italy! I highly recommend taking instruction from her."

"David has been outstanding from the start. Because of my inexperience with Skype and a technical issue, I had trouble accepting his call on my desktop co
mputer, so through e-mail, Google Docs & cell phone, he patiently walked me through the Skype download onto my phone, and we got started. I'm not seeking standard Spanish lessons, but rather want to work on scenarios I'm likely to encounter with non-English-speaking latino customers of the humane society where I volunteer. David has been happy to tailor the lessons to my specific goals, working through various scenarios while pinpointing areas of my Spanish I need to improve and giving me helpful assignments and links to online resources. He is very friendly and encouraging, and offers necessary corrections and explanations in a gentle manner. I'm looking forward to my remaining four lessons."

She loves to share her knowledge and does so in a very fun and engaging way. It was an incredible experience and extremely helpful in learning Spanish. Helena made us learning Spanish so much easier and fun. This is one of the best taught language classes I've ever had."

Each lesson is well prepared and thought through by the teacher. Fulvia uses many different ways to make lessons fun and the language more approachable.
They include books, videos and interactive games etc. There is always a bit of homework to do to help follow up with the weekly lesson. She always finds ways to help us understand subjects that are challenging.
That Fulvia is a native speaker of the Italian language is a big bonus.
Fulvia is a great teacher and we highly recommend her.

About Andrew
I'm currently an Aerospace Engineering student attending the Georgia Institute of Technology, so I love science (particularly space stuff). I'm super outgoing and a very laid back, chill person all at the same time (being like this has produced quite the stories). I also love food, a lot, especially rice and beans (when done correctly).
Working with others and helping them succeed has been something I've loved to do for a while now. While I was in high school, I was a coach for one of the local swim teams and had a blast getting to teach people how to swim and such, and the best part was getting to connect with those kids and seeing them succeed during the swim meets.

While I was in high school, I was a coach for one of the local swim teams and had a blast getting to teach people how to swim and such, and the best part was getting to connect with those kids and seeing them succeed during the swim meets.
Once I graduated, I had the privilege to serve as a full time volunteer in Brazil for a couple years, where my sole focus, every day, was to help others to improve t
he quality of their life. In doing so, I had the wonderful opportunity to meet new people everyday and see people's lives drastically improve. Another cool part of this experience was that I got to teach English as a second language to people who'd never spoken it before. They loved it, and in the time that I did teach it, students went from speaking no English to being able to form basic sentences and have simple conversations.
Now in college, I've strived to continue this pattern with the little free time that I get on the weekends due to my classes. Throughout all of this, I've discovered how easy it is for me to connect with people and how much fun it can be.
What I bring to the lessons:
I always ensure to provide the highest quality lessons and ensure that the student easily understands the materials. I'll provide materials that I know will assist the student to master the concepts.
My expectations:
Learning requires the student to put in effort. Any assignments I give, I will expect them to be completed. I understand that sometimes one of "those weeks" comes around where life hits us in the face, but it's not every week.
Your expectations:
You've come to me obviously to learn something new, and I intend to go above and beyond those expectations. I want the lessons to be more than just sit down, do the work, and then leave. That's not a great way to learn stuff, in my opinion. Expect to be brought out of your comfort zone a bit and experience things you never experienced before. Above all, expect to see these lessons as an enjoyable experience.
