I grew up with a stay at home mom so I was lucky enough to learn to not only cook but bake as well. At holiday times family members will put in requests before Thanksgiving for cookies, fudge, cakes and spiced nuts my mom and I make together. Baking has more science to it than cooking, but that doesn't mean it can't be mastered. Afraid of pie crust? Not sure what exactly the difference is between a muffin or cupcake? No worries! It can all be taught! It doesn't take expensive and exotic ingredients just to make a good dessert. I will teach you to bake with confidence so you can impress your in-laws, co-workers, or one up that neighbor that's always too perfect at the holidays.

Marcel is an excellent German teacher for my son. A fluent speaker, he is very patient as my son works to learn German as a second language. Marcel also goes above and beyond by setting up a vocabulary web page for my son to add words as he learns them. I would highly recommend Marcel for anyone wanting to learn German, whether they are beginners or advanced speakers.

What a blessing to find a person that made cooking fun and educational. A person that illustrated the skill of cooking with such poise. That persons name is Kelsie. Before My first cooking class at Kelsie's kitchen my youngest daughter asked if she could come along with my granddaughter. When we three told my mother about how much fun we had cooking she insisted on coming to Kelsie's the next time. Four generations making meals together is a day to remember. Great class Kelsie!
