I love to sew! and enjoy teaching children and adults how to use their sewing machine, plus the many sewing techniques.  A graduate of the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, my body of work includes several years designing and pattern making in the garment industry and 15 years costume styling for film‚ television, and
commercials.
I  look forward to helping you explore your creative ideas while making a project come to life on the sewing machine. All ages are welcome, 7 years old to adults.

If you have a basic Brother or Singer sewing machine that is stuck in the box or hiding in the closet, this class is for you. Learn to set up your machine, from  threading to winding the bobbin to understanding what all the different  stitches are used for when sewing.

Please have your sewing machine set up on the desk or table,  with electric cord and foot pedal ready to plug in. Also, please have All Purpose Thread spool and some cotton fabric squares to practice sewing on.
