Drums is my primary instrument, the one I chose to follow as a career in music. Drums make us dance, make us smile, and they are simply extremely fun to play. The most important thing I focus on is in playing music with the drums. There is nothing more rewarding and fun than playing with and for other people. Whether you are interested in learning how to play your favorite pop or rock song or a jazz standard, I can teach you what makes drumming unique in each style, and what you will need to know to express yourself in the instrument.

About Francisco

I was born in Argentina. I began playing bass when I was ten years old, while my younger brother began playing drums. I started taking bass classes, and also formed several bands as a bass player, although the drums had always been sounding in the back of my head. After listening to Tool’s Danny Ca

Francisco is a patient and thorough drum teacher. I took lessons with him for approximately a year and learned so much that I still apply today. I would still be taking lessons with him but moved away from Southern California. He tailors his lessons to your personal goals and gives you actionable steps for the week ahead but also exposes you to larger concepts to show you what's possible. I regularly left lessons with him with my mind blown feeling very excited for the new possibilities in drumming that were being opened to me. After taking lessons with Francisco I feel like I have a toolbox of skills and knowledge that I will use my whole drumming life. He is extremely passionate about his craft and takes your personal goals seriously. I'd recommend him to any drummer of any style.

Francisco is such a great teacher. He tailors his lessons to your needs and challenges you just enough. I took lessons with him for about 8 months, which ended when he moved to the west coast. Otherwise I would still be with him. But he taught me so much and still checks in to make sure I'm sticking with it months after our sessions have ended. He genuinely cares about his students and their love of music and he enjoys teaching and motivating others to play. I highly recommend Francisco as a teacher as he will get you where you want to be.

Uke is a great instrument for all ages. I've had students as young as 5 and others in their 40s. It's fun and easy to grasp and I love taking on Uke students whenever possible. I teach both Baritone and Standard (Soprano/Concert/Tenor) ukulele.

For younger kids, I would recommend starting with a 24 min lesson. Not only are we generally covering less per lesson but eyes start to glaze over and they tend to lose focus once we hit the 30 min mark so I like to keep them a little shorter.

Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.

About Lu

I have three daughters [Elaine, Grace and Emma] so I'm very comfortable with kids of all ages as well as adults. I studied Music Performance with a concentration in Classical Guitar at Eastern University subsequently received an Honorable Discharge for 8 years in the US Army. I currently work in at

Lu is a fantastic teacher. He is patient, fun, and very knowledgeable about the guitar and music in general. He happily caters to your skills, background, and musical tastes. He is there to make sure you understand everything, but also have fun with what you are playing.

As a beginner, we started with a few basic cords so I could start playing real songs within my first week. He is attentive and flexible to what you are looking to learn, and I very much appreciate his patience and accommodating nature.

Lu is a wonderful guitar teacher and I highly recommend him!

Daniel very much enjoyed his first session. Luis made him feel at ease and they immediately started working on a song he can play quickly. Luis took pains in finding out Daniel's music tastes for future lessons.

Great experience so far!

I've certainly enjoyed my beginning guitar lessons with Travis. He takes the time to answer my questions and explain things to I understand the music and the best techniques to use. He is also very encouraging and supportive of my just enjoying the guitar, even with mistakes. So far, I am having a great time!

"Danny V is everything you could want as a vocal instructor.

I came to Danny about 3 years ago wanting to take lessons. I had a very light classical type voice but I wanted more. Danny worked with me and helped me build my voice up to be strong, powerful yet controlled. I can do everything and more that I had only dreamed of doing with my voice. Not only that but I am STILL improving. Danny helped me believe in myself and that I could achieve the voice I wanted, now I'm here and I couldn't be happier or more proud of my voice! I have and still do recommend Danny to other singers he is the best you can get!"

"As an adult I was nervous about taking piano lessons - am I too old, will it be too difficult, can I still learn, will I enjoy it or will it be torture? Cyril was amazing! She put me at ease and in a very positive and friendly manner went over what we could achieve together and how I could best use her lessons in learning to play the piano. She provided detailed answers to my questions, gave me appropriate encouragement, and offered friendly suggestions as to how I should practice to get the best results from our time together. The lesson was not hurried and I went away feeling very satisfied that I did the right thing in taking lessons with her. I would recommend her to anyone wishing to learn how to play or to improve their piano playing skills."
