Drums is my primary instrument, the one I chose to follow as a career in music. Drums make us dance, make us smile, and they are simply extremely fun to play. The most important thing I focus on is in playing music with the drums. There is nothing more rewarding and fun than playing with and for other people. Whether you are interested in learning how to play your favorite pop or rock song or a jazz standard, I can teach you what makes drumming unique in each style, and what you will need to know to express yourself in the instrument.

Music Performance: Classical Guitar from Eastern University
Uke is a great instrument for all ages. I've had students as young as 5 and others in their 40s. It's fun and easy to grasp and I love taking on Uke students whenever possible. I teach both Baritone and Standard (Soprano/Concert/Tenor) ukulele.
For younger kids, I would recommend starting with a 24 min lesson. Not only are we generally covering less per lesson but eyes start to glaze over and they tend to lose focus once we hit the 30 min mark so I like to keep them a little shorter.
Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.
About Lu
I have three daughters [Elaine, Grace and Emma] so I'm very comfortable with kids of all ages as well as adults. I studied Music Performance with a concentration in Classical Guitar at Eastern University subsequently received an Honorable Discharge for 8 years in the US Army. I currently work in at

As a beginner, we started with a few basic cords so I could start playing real songs within my first week. He is attentive and flexible to what you are looking to learn, and I very much appreciate his patience and accommodating nature.
Lu is a wonderful guitar teacher and I highly recommend him!

I've certainly enjoyed my beginning guitar lessons with Travis. He takes the time to answer my questions and explain things to I understand the music and the best techniques to use. He is also very encouraging and supportive of my just enjoying the guitar, even with mistakes. So far, I am having a great time!

Over the past 12 years, we've given over 3,000,000 lessons to happy customers around the world.

I came to Danny about 3 years ago wanting to take lessons. I had a very light classical type voice but I wanted more. Danny worked with me and helped me build my voice up to be strong, powerful yet controlled. I can do everything and more that I had only dreamed of doing with my voice. Not only that but I am STILL improving. Danny helped me believe in myself and that I could achieve the voice I wanted, now I'm here and I couldn't be happier or more proud of my voice! I have and still do recommend Danny to other singers he is the best you can get!"
