I hold a BA from Westfield State where I majored in Theatre Arts with a concentration in Performance. I am an experienced teacher with a vast knowledge in Stage Acting, Acting for Film & TV, Improvisation, Shakespeare (acting and deciphering text), Directing, Playwriting, Sound Design, Script Analysis, Scenography, the Meisner Technique, Method Acting, Suzuki, Clowning, and much more. With the background and experience I have, classes are extremely educational and fun! Lessons will be structured around what YOU want to get out of the class. Need help getting into character for a performance? Work on public speaking? Need a better understanding of Shakespeare for an essay? Help learning lines? Want to learn of different acting techniques? Or maybe you're new to acting and are interested in getting involved for the first time? I also work great with more experienced actors who want to refine their craft some more, as well as those who are in need of some pointers before a big audition! Select a time that works for you and we can get started right away! **Please note that while I do teach Child Acting, I typically do not teach Directing, Playwriting, Sound Design, Script Analysis, Scenography, Meisner Technique, Method Acing, Suzuki, or Improvisation to anyone under 12 years old.
