    Learning Consultant – (September 2013- present) The Learning Consultant role facilitates learning needs, designs curriculum, develops ideas and delivers concise well, thought out   learning interventions. A major focus of this role is to conduct new associate orientation.  In this role I have developed training materials using Camtasia, Audacity, and PowerPoint for an E-onboarding site and created interactive agendas using OneNote. I am the role liaison for 3 lines of business and 6 roles. Personal Health Coordinator- Humana (March 2011-September 2013):  The focus of the program is to provide telephonic assistance to Humana members, which includes evaluating members’ needs and helping the members set and achieve goals to maintain their health. Assist in the guidance of members and their families toward resources that are appropriate for the care and well-being of the members. I worked with a team of social workers, community health educators, and nurses to help the member manage their physical, environmental and psycho-social health issues. In this role I became proficient in Hcat, CGX, CCA, Excel, Lync and PowerPoint. I helped acclimate 5 new associates. Leadership responsibilities included team lead, super user, and SharePoint developer. As team lead, I helped educate team by preparing PowerPoint presentations and PDFs. Conducted presentations during team meetings about a variety of topics ranging from prioritizing rosters to following suicide/homicide policies. Was involved in the planning of meetings by organizing icebreakers and communication team building exercises. Attended and reported on monthly super user meetings, as well as relayed information to be discussed during those meetings. Youth and Family Specialist – Gulf Coast Jewish Family Services (October 2008 - March 2010) Program focus was on academics, career development, and greater success in overall acclamation  to life in the United States.  Responsibilities included insuring all basic life needs were being met, acting as a liaison between parent and school, provide homework assessments, English Language tutoring, mental health counseling, and recreational activities.  Duties included organizing and preparing a summer curriculum for a 6 week summer camp for students 6-16 years or age. Preparing daily lesson plans for tutoring sessions. Planning month recreational excursions for 10-30 students. Facilitated quarterly education sessions for the parents of the students in the program that included tax preparation, first time home buyers programs, and the importance of parent involvement in the students education.
