I am an English as a Second Language Coordinator/ Teacher. My degree is in Linguistics and Secondary Education. I earned my graduate degree from New York City. I have been teaching for a total of 34 years in both public and private schools. I am speak five languages including: French, Spanish, Italian, Greek and English. This is largely because I am of a multicultural background. I also read and write in all of them. Presently, I am writing bilingual stories and my first book is up for publication this coming year. I enjoy teaching immensely and using my languages on a regular basis. Yes, all of them! When you choose to learn a language you must prepare to emerge in the culture as well. Assimilation is the only way to truly enjoy the venture.
