Hey! I'm James. USA Basketball Licensed Youth Development Coach. 14 years of youth basketball coaching experience. America Red Cross certified. 2X College Basketball Champ (China). 1X National Streetball Champ (China). Multiple Best Coach Awards (U6, U8, U10, U12, U17).  I place higher value on integrity, progress, excellence, teamwork, personal accountability, fun, and performance. I believe in positionless basketball approach for youth basketball development, where every player should be able to move without the ball, as well move with the ball, including passing and shooting. I am detertimed  to equip my players with a wide variety of skillset to help them reach their highest potential possible, whiles making every training fun and memorable.

This program has been specifically designed to help individuals who are dedicated to improving their game. It focuses on enhancing skills and knowledge through a performance-based approach. Our goal is not just to play, but to win. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced player, we welcome individuals at all levels who are eager to succeed.

While we prioritize the development of fundamental skills, this program goes beyond that. Participants will gain insights into tactics, strategies, and basketball IQ that are essential for winning in competitive games. This includes learning how to read the floor, position oneself effectively, make strategic cuts, set screens, and make sound decisions. Additionally, the program will improve your conditioning and physical fitness, ensuring that you are able to perform at your best under pressure and come out victorious. Furthermore, the program aims to instill all 12 qualities required for being a champion, gradually building them up.

If you are someone who is solely focused on performance and achieving results, this program is tailor-made for you!

Coach James is one of the few true youth basketball coaches Ive met. His experience overseas and working with different age groups gives him the upper hand for training the youth.
