Jill H. Winter Springs, FL

About Jill

Jill holds a Bachelor's degree in Music Education and has master's work in choral music. For many years she has taught private and group music lessons to all ages and many varying styles of singing and instrumental music. Her lessons are unlike the ones she remembers from childhood; Jill's lessons are full of creativity, fun and excitement. It is amazing how students improve with each lesson. Jill brings more than just technique to the studio, she strives to find the best in each student and then concentrates on improving each individual's strengths and then delves into ways to correct the weaknesses. Since Jill is a vocal soloist, instrumentalist, accompanist and director, she knows what it takes to prepare and rehearse and therefore she makes it clear which concept the student ...

Jill is a wonderful teacher. She is patient and creative in teaching, good at communicating her musical ideas with children. My son progressed a lot under her instruction. We really hate to say goodbye to her because we have to leave America. Her classes are part of our best memories here.

Nate C. Oviedo, FL

About Nate

I've been teaching private lessons for over a decade now. First I taught lessons as a self-employed college student, and then my during graduate studies I worked through a music academy in Dallas. I've been playing piano for over 20 years and guitar and drums for 15. I've been in various bands, personally recorded several albums of my own compositions, and have taught students from ages 7-17 consistently. I teach part time as a high school teacher in the area and I enjoy helping young people learn, whether it's guitar, piano, drums, or even psychology *** Lesson Details *** I'm very laid back when it comes to lessons, but I do expect students to spend at least 90 minutes weekly practicing so our lessons will be productive. I generally use either Alfred or Suzuki for piano lessons, and

Eric B. Port Orange, FL

About Eric

Music isn't just a career choice: it is a way of life. I have been playing music since I was a toddler; everything I have learned about life has been through music. I believe that self-expression is important to being confident with yourself. I look forward to sharing my passion for music and teaching with any students who are ready to learn! Some venues I have performed at recently include The Plaza Theatre in Orlando; Backbooth in Downtown Orlando; The Crowbar in Tampa; The Bandshell and The Peabody Auditorium in Daytona Beach. Some groups I play with are Run Rhino, The Mighty St. John's, The Children of Stone, and MPG (Mobile Performance Group). I am a versatile musician who

We think Eric is great teacher too! I have been bringing my 6 year old son for drum lessons for several weeks and he has been great with him. I was amazed after the first lesson that he already had my son reading music. The progress they make in 30 minutes is amazing! Thanks Eric :)

Excellent teacher--highly recommended

We are so glad we found Eric! After trying (and failing) with two other drum coaches who lacked a crucial requirement--in one case, depth of knowledge, and in another case, patience--my son has been taught by Eric for three years and has become an excellent drummer. Eric is highly knowledgeable, very patient, and a great communicator. He is the best music teacher we've found (and that includes three music teachers we used for another child, who took lessons for several instruments). Eric is also very knowledgeable about several other instruments. You cannot find a better music teacher than Eric!

Classical Voice- Building a strong foundation on fundamentals of singing. Good technique transcends all vocal styles- I teach my students to understand that they must always sing in the most efficient and healthy way to ensure longevity of the voice and preserve its beauty.

Weak, tense, and strained..that's where I was before I worked with Terell. From our first lesson, he started teaching me about how singing and talking are connected. I followed his directions, and now a year later I have more power, freedom, and a wider range. Hands down the best coach I've ever had! :)

I had studied for some years with another teacher but I wasn't getting any better. Every time I'd sing high my throat would close up and it was starting to hurt. A friend told me about Terell and I knew after our first lesson he was awesome. He worked with me to get rid of the tension and learn to sing free. He taught me tons a exercises and really pushed me to be in control of my body. Now I am singing like I never thought I could and singing is fun again!

When I met Terell, I could barely sing in tune. I got made fun of allot, but I believed I could sing if I had someone who believe in me. Terell helped me learn to sing in tune, and sing with power. I feel like I have finally tapped into my true potential. I am so sad he is moving, but I know that my voice is completely different because of him. My friends and family have noticed the change, and I even got a solo this year in my school musical theatre production! I am so glad I got to train with him! Best EVERRR!
