My math lessons are unique in that I develop a connection with students that allow them to feel comfortable telling me "I don't understand." This is often the hardest barrier that parents believe their child has when being taught, and I'm often warned by the parent before I arrive that the student fakes understanding around his teachers or other tutors. But being 23 years old allows me to be a teacher and a friend at the same time and I feel that this smaller age gap between student and teacher is what makes them feel comfortable opening up to me, which they do with ease. After tutoring over 30 students in math ranging from middle school arithmetic to college calculus 2 to adults taking qualifying exams, I have been confidently able to identify exactly how the students are processing their math assignments just by watching them try to solve a single problem. After that, I just focus on correcting their way of thinking. My goal of tutoring is for the students to not need my help ...

I have been playing professionally since I was 14, and full time since I was 20. I am a seasoned pro who has toured with three different Broadway shows, worked on cruise ships for six years, and played with a myriad of very famous artists in jazz and beyond. I have released an album and a single, and there is another album on the way this year. I have classical training, but I am primarily a jazz musician, so I apply the strictest of fundamental classical technique to my jazz playing and do the same for my students. Ever thought about soloing with the bow, for example? I can help you learn to do that!
I also work on ear training and theory with all of my students.
I have studied with Mike Richmond, Ron McClure, Victor Wooten, Steve Bailey, Anthony Wellington, and many other amazing players and teachers.
Ross Kratter is a bass player, tuba player, and composer based in Orlando. He is equally at home on string bass and electric bass, both fretted and fretless, 4, 5, and 6 string, as well as on tuba. While primarily known as a jazz musician, he is equally comfortable in any and all styles of music. R

Do you need your essay to be reviewed to highlight and fix grammar/punctuation, sentence structure, APA citations and general format? If then, you are in the right place. Simply send your essay and do not bother about the rest.
