I can help you learn any song by breaking it into 4 parts: 1) left hand technique 2) right hand technique 3) rhythm 4) melody

I can teach you strumming and fingerpicking styles, chords, pick techniques, and soloing. I can also teach you music theory and how to read music if you are interested.

I love to play the guitar, and I want to help you to be able to experience this joy too! I've received basic training in classical guitar. I have 20 years playing experience and 1.75 years teaching experience.

In this video I'm going to show you how to train your fingers so they can move independently from one another, and so they can stay close to the frets as you play. Staying close to the frets and keeping your fingers independent of each other are two important skills to have when playing with your left hand when you're playing melodies, solos, etc.
