Our voice is such a unique instrument, because it is inside of us. It makes the act of singing amazing and hard at the same time, because we all have different instruments and there is no general rule that works for everyone in the same way. When I teach, I always take into consideration the uniqueness of the voice I am working with, and this requires a great deal of attention and sensitivity. I am very passionate about teaching and my goal is to share my passion and my knowledge, in order to acquire the tools to develop that beautiful instrument that our voice is!

Mark is a great teacher he has given me a great base to build from, Even though I have never read music his ability to add that into our lessons has helped greatly in understanding what I am learning. Mark is talented and easy to follow in his teaching. He tailors the lessons to your abilities while moving along quickly. Best of all he takes the time to review your progress and answer all your questions. Could not be happier with him as my teacher."
Susan is a great pleasant teacher. My 8 years old son knew nothing in music and after 3 lessons he already played a kids song. She is very professional and kind. She is working with my son according to his ability and the kind of music that he likes. We had 10 lessons with her and we just enrolled for another 12. My son doesn't won't to miss a lesson, we were lucky to have her us our music teacher."
Many guitarists have a tendency to focus most of their practice time and energy on left-hand fretting technique. Although the left hand is very important, mastering different rhythms and guitar strum patterns with your right hand adds a whole new dimension to your guitar playing. Learning the guitar is a great goal in itself - but you'll need to get more specific if you want to truly make some progress! Read on as Hillsboro, OR guitar teacher Geoff A. walks you through the goal-setting process... For Beginners The first goal is getting the fingers of the fretting hand to cooperate in forming chords.
