I am a professional orchestral trombonist and I have been an active brass teacher for almost twenty years. I have played in orchestras across the USA and Europe, including the Cincinnati Symphony, BBC Symphony Orchestra, Scottish Chamber Orchestra and many more.

I aim to give my students a solid understanding of the technical skills required to play a brass instrument, and to share with them the musical knowledge I have gained from studying with some of the best brass teachers in the world.

A high energy, experienced working professional singer with 15+ years of performance and 10+ years of vocal teaching/coaching experience. Classically trained, with a Masters of Music in Voice from the University of Cincinnati, College-Conservatory if Music in Cincinnati now performing 2-5 nights weekly with a regional Wedding Band.

My goal is to help you grow as a singer through the music you love, while establishing a healthy and sustainable technique. Whether you plan to pursue a career in music, audition for your church choir, or just want to jam to some your favorites, I would love to connect!

I don’t actually teach piano lessons… I teach fully integrated musicianship and community building that involves the piano. I teach a full curriculum that blends not just good playing, but music theory (how music is constructed), history, performance skills, and positive social interaction. Why just “take piano lessons” when you can meet new friends while performing in three recitals per year and maybe even in regional music festivals and honor camps? Why just play simple melodies when you can learn the skills that enable you to take on college-level literature like a boss?
