I will teach you how to sew with confidence, even if you have never touched a machine before.  When you need help finishing a garment, I will coach you.  My experience runs from garments, to plush toys, to cosplay outfits, to tailoring, to quilting, to hula dance costumes, to one-of-a-kind purses.

Donna worked  with my teen daughter (with Asperger's)  sew a cos play costume.  I very much appreciated her patience  and skill with the sewing project.  She was very good at explaining every step that needed to be taken,  along with sewing techniques.  Most of all appreciated her promptness and organization in setting up sewing times.   The outfit turned out wonderful and fits perfectly. My daughter had so much fun wearing it for her birthday event.  Definitely will go back for future sewing lessons.  Thanks Donna!

Donna is a great sewing teacher! She worked with my 11-year-old and was patient, clear, and engaging. Being 11, my daughter was underprepared, but Donna had a project lined up for her. Donna taught skills she hadn’t learned or mastered like zippers, buttons, ironing, and fabric choice.

Donna is not just a teacher, but also a quilt designer.  She shared one of her own original applique designs with me.  It turned out beautifully, and was so much fun to learn.
