I'm a graduate of UCLA School of Engineering with a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering. I have a passion for explaining how the physical world works through math and physics along with 14 years of tutoring experience in those subjects, test prep, and mentorship programs. In this class, we will cover a variety of topics related to Excel, we will cover: Formulas, Fill, Splitting Data and 
Sort & Filter functions. We will also cover Tables, Dropdowns, Analyze, Charts and Pivot Tables.

Excel Basics

Daniel is very knowledgeable and explains things clearly. He was able to recognize my knowledge in the topics and coached me through the Calculus problems.

Unfortunately this tutor tries to maximize the amount of hours for each lesson, rounding up the amount of hours in certain situations and consumes more than the allotted time when it was not necessary. As a parent, I shouldn’t have to be tracking what hours are being consumed. Need to find someone else now.

Very flexible with time, schedule. Tailors tutoring to students needs. Our son was taking Calculus 2 and he was just beyond patient with our son. His exam grades increased and on his final exam he aced it. Our kiddo became much more confident in understanding the material and learning more effective strategies. Highly recommended 👌

Daniel is the BEST! When we hired him he was given a huge challenge: help my son, who hates math, prepare for the CHSPE test. And they only had six weeks to do it! In every session, Daniel did a great job helping my son work through and understand the math concepts he needed to know. It wasn't easy, as my son is easily distracted and-- did I mention he hates math? I was skeptical that anyone outside of a magician could help my son be prepared enough to pass this test. But Daniel did it! My son passed CHSPE math thanks to him and we are forever grateful for his help. He is also a kind, patient person and very flexible when it comes to scheduling. My daughter and my son toke a lesson and he made them go to google meet he did not explain to them well they didnt learn anything he only sent them worksheets with the expectations to make them know it! He later told my son to give him my number and he charged me 80$ though paypal! Which is restriced in the rules! Didnt show his face neithe as I find it important to know who you are talking to!

Daniel worked with my daughter on her AP Physics homework and other physics questions.  Was clear and articulate and made sure he had helped with all her problems before ending the lesson.  I recommend providing as much info as possible ahead of time so both student and tutor can hit the ground running.  That was a miss on my part.

Daniel tutored my teenage son in Algebra and Geometry for over one year. During that time, my son's grades increased and he became more confident with Math, in general. His time with Daniel set him up for success in Algebra 2 this year (11th grade). Daniel was always on time, very polite and courteous with my son! Highly recommend his tutoring service.

Daniel was an hour late to the class, didn't have any intro, did not even show his face online which should be a mandatory practice for security reasons.  My son had a lesson with him for less than 45 min, ( in between he had to figure out to effectively use Zoom features because he didn't want to use the platform from Takelesson ) and he charged us one hour lesson.  He was an ok teacher, but I think it's a strictly business for him, he said he won't teach an extra minute for free, Lol, don't be in this business if you don't love what you do.  
It took me 30 min to found a better AP physics teacher at a better price on a different provider website, and honestly, they love what they do so everyone is happy.

Daniel was a great help to Skylar in math analysis and really helped her build her skill and confidence.

My 15yr old was struggling with summer enrichment online geometry class and became stressed and unmotivated. He worked with her to help her understand assignments she was stuck on and gave her the confidence to continue working hard on the class to get it completed on her own.
