I am a graduate from The College of New Jersey with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and with a specialization in Biopsychology. Having been a honors/Dean's List student throughout my high school and college career, I am qualified and prepared to help you understand anything and everything you need to know about Psychology. In my experience, I have spent two years with my college's Tutoring Center as a tutor in Psychology, helping students from anything in introductory classes to complex level theory and application. I have also spent two years as a Research Assistant in a laboratory studying Memory and Aging and have presented my research numerous times at various conferences, including the Eastern Psychological Association. I believe that students learn best through truly understanding the core of the subject matter and how it relates to everything else that they have learned, which is why my approach to teaching is always student-focused and never about strictly memorizing
