I am very proficient easy going person who has interest in cooking and also like to teach student who are interested in learning Indian Vegetarian cuisine. I can teach both North and South Indian kinds of Indian cuisine and at the same time provide ample tips for healthy cooking and diet. Specialty - Rajasthani Cuisine- Dal Baati, Gatte , Churma. Deserts like Halwa, seera, rasgulla, rajbhog, gujjia, kheer, paneer, pulao. The lessons can be tailor made and can even include basic stuff if someone is of beginner level or has no skills.

We will dive into some traditional dishes and I'll speak to the cultural significance of them. We'll use native ingredients like cumin seeds, green cardamon and ghee to create wonderfully flavorful traditional Indian dishes. Most classes will also include making either spiced basmati rice or a fresh chutney.
