I will teach knife skills, Mise en place, saute, and other beginning skills. I also offer small party cooking classes where I teach 3 course dinners. These classes are limited to groups of 4 and are booked by calling for rates. 2 menu item classes for up to groups of six are booked by calling for rates.

I am a home-maker and I have been practising my home cooking for years. I would like to share my love of cooking with a broader audience. I cook a wide array of dishes; however, my favorites are Russian, Mediterranean, and Middle Eastern cooking. I am also a baker and would love to share my baking secrets.
