My interest is in Academic Language which is often a challenge for native English speakers as well as English learners. If you need help with reading or writing for academic purposes at the elementary, high school or college level I can help! I also have experience with reading intervention at the elementary level and love to work with struggling readers to improve their skills, confidence and interest in reading. ESL I can help improve vocabulary, reading, writing, speaking and pronunciation. My approach is individualized to focus on your goals and interests. SPANISH I spent one year teaching in a bilingual school in Colombia. So along with a Bachelor's degree in Spanish, I also have a lot of real world experience using the language. I have advanced proficiency in the language and am able to help with beginning and intermediate level high school and college coursework. ELEMENTARY Working with students across all grade levels has meant that I have become familiar with the standards in all grades. I am comfortable tutoring in any subject at the elementary level.
