Such a wonderful experience. My son Gabriel was so excited and loved his lesson. He came home and started practicing right away. Karen was so patient and an excellent teacher.

I lived how casual Karen was and how fun she made it for Sophia. Mistakes were met with laughter and correction not recrimination. Perfect for Sophia’s style of learning

Lynn gets down to basics from the get-go. Starting with tuning and the correct way to hold the banjo, she progresses to proper finger positions and chord structure from fret to fret. By the way, she's also very personable, and seems to enjoy a laugh from time to time.

Starting on violin 15 years ago, my journey through musicianship has been thorough and enriching. I have made a point from day one to understand all forms of music from several angles, from the intuitive "natural" approach, to the more theoretical, all the way to understanding the physics of sound and sound cognition. While this many angled approach came purely from my passion for music, 6 years ago when I started teaching it became my most valuable tool.
As a teacher, I use my wide and multifaceted understanding to best craft lessons to serve your learning style to learn whatever it is you want to learn!
Teaching from my personal studio also provides me with the advantage of being able to make professional quality play along tools in real time, which you will then have access to after your lesson, boosting your personal practice time in a way that suits you!

About Chase

Hello! I am an experienced guitar and bass player, with extensive recording and performance history. In the 15 years I've played guitar, I have been teaching for the last 6 and it is one of my favorite outlets of music. I absolutely love sharing my craft and finding what it takes to get a student

"Excelllent Music and Voice teacher

Studying with Greg was a wonderful experience. I'd sung as a teenager in choir and had studied music as a child. As an adult I wanted to study voice for creative outlet and found Greg through a friend. He got me started immediately on vocal exercises, some music theory to train my ear and we selected songs that I was interested in. I broke through some 'blocks' I had about singing in front of another person and really made progress. I feel much more confident with expressing myself through my voice. Incidentally, I saw Greg perform with one of his students who got a recording contract -- he's a wonderful musician on guitar, piano and voice. A pleasure to watch and then bring that back to the lessons. I highly recommend him as a teacher !"

She is compassionate, understanding, easy to talk to, kind, patient and she helped my daughter go from being shy and having low self-esteem and no confidence to being more outgoing and having high self-esteem, building her confidence and helping her develop skills without pressure or harsh judgment.
