Zero travel time is great for a busy schedule.
Typically priced lower than local lessons.
Online students stick with lessons as long as local students.
I put in the time to complete the homework and review the vocabulary and sentence structures that we'd covered each week. After a handful of classes, I went from practically zero language ability (aside from a few food terms) to being able to articulate some simple questions and answers in Vietnamese. I looked forward to attending the classes and found them to be rewarding."
I would definitely recommend him for anyone looking to learn Vietnamese!"

About Dr. Jeanne
My students like to call me Dr. Jeanne, so feel free to do the same! I have been in music all my life and I love helping my students no matter what level they may be.from beginning to advanced. My experience in music started on stage at age three and by the time I was 21 I was singing and dancing on national television in many variety tv shows after having won the tittle of Miss Memphis. I studied music at Stephens College in Columbia, MO and the University of California in music andI have since taught hundreds of voice and piano students everything I know about music and performance. Piano is a joy to teach, but my greatest love is teaching voice .I specialize in all styles of music as long as I feel it is musical, developmental and expressive.. Music takes time and discipline to master and I'm looking forward t

The classes in Italian cuisine are tailored to your interests and your skill level. I can teach you how to prepare a "quick win" dinner for all the family or to prepare "single size" amazing meals ready for all the week. I can teach how to make handmade pasta with semolina or with whole wheat. Have you ever tasted a terrific Tiramisu...with strawberries?
How I understand I can be a good Italian tutor,
Key word? Talk, watch, read, listen and talk again!
I am aware the Italian has one of the most complex grammars, but I also know that speaking and reading and watching Italian movies, soccer game or Television News makes automatic to learn the basic rules useful for a good conversation. We can use a really simple grammar book to support with the basic rules up to more advanced grammar books if we may need.
My tutoring approach is focus on student's weaknesses and strengths: use the seconds to correct the firsts. What it is important is to work on what you really like (movie, politics, receipts, actors, history, vacations, ...) and I promise it works. I already experienced this approach with a lot of students and friends who want to speak Italian and know Italy ...waiting for a great vacation "nel Bel Paese".
I try to be flexible with time and I offer makeup classes in case of 24 hours cancellation. I have an quite full equipped office at home but I am available to travel if it is more convenient for the students.
I hope see you soon.. A presto!!

Not Aleksandra, but Aliaksandra!
Good luck to everyone who is determined to learn!
She can definitely do it!
My daughter loves her and always is looking forward to the next class, responsiby does her homework and able to teach me a few things :)
But what I truly appreciate as a parent as well, is that she is never late and always makes the day and time that has been arranged, which is very important with everyone’s busy schedules.
I would highly recommend Aleksandra for teaching children and adults!
My best friend is French, and I had Aleksandra over when my friend was visiting, my friend was impressed with her fluency of the language.
My name is Jean-Philippe and I have taught French in a variety of settings (small classrooms, larger classrooms and one-on-one) for over 15 years. I specialize in getting my students to get to speak French quickly, and I make it a point to help them accomplish their goals. I am easy-going and flexible, with an ability to adapt to my students' needs and levels.
I look forward to helping you meet your needs and developing your skills.
Many of my students became my close friends that I go to see operas, broadway shows , concerts or other cultural and entertaining events with.
I also organize recitals and interesting meetings with the participation of my students.
For any additional information, contact me and I will answer in no time.

Florentina has a passion for music that is infectious and a knack for teaching that is exceptional. I came to Florentina as a complete novice and she quickly analyzed my natural strengths and weakness and prescribed exercises that noticeably improved my singing within the first couple of lessons. We experimented with a number of songs and she helped me find pieces that both suited me and pushed me as a student. Most importantly, she's a great person. She makes her lessons fun, she's really funny, and she takes the time to get to know her students. I look forward to our weekly sessions and highly recommend that you choose her as an instructor, too!
My original background in music is in classical singing, but I teach several different styles, such as musical theatre and jazz. My favorite thing about teaching is watching students have breakthroughs and seeing their musicianship soar through the roof.

I worked for Chinese biggest national TV station as a reporter and producer for 5 years. After that, I was researcher and translator for Fortune magazine and Time magazine. My previous job was media relation manager at American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai.
I have very good interpersonal and communications skills in both English and Chinese.
I arrived to the United States of America recently, and this is a great thing because my Arabic is still fresh and strong. I try my best not to use English during my classes to help students learn as much as they can, and to do so I love my lessons to be challenging but at the same time full of fun and energy. I use my experience as an actress to deliver language in a creative way. while taking a lesson with me you are not only
I give an unconventional Arabic lessons with a lot of activities such as cooking Arabic food with my students, watching Arabic movies and discuss it and many other activities related to Arabic language and culture. With children I use drama games and games in general to make learning Arabic a fun thing to do. I try my best to make my classes full of passion and enthusiasm. I am currently a fellow teacher with GLN (Global Languages Network), GLN is an NGO located in Washington DC. I also give Private Arabic tutor both in Virginia and DC for children and adults.
I chose to tutor Arabic not because it was my specialization at university but because I love Arabic, I really enjoy tutoring Arabic but what makes me continue is my students feed back, and the feeling that they are enjoying my class, and the moment I lose this is the moment when I quit tutoring.

I am thrilled to be part of your Mandarin learning journey. My passion for Chinese language and culture has led me to this site.
I was born in Chongqing and raised in Chengdu, China. I went to undergrad in Chongqing, majored in law and minored in English. I started my legal career in Beijing with a law firm and practiced Chinese law in various areas. Later on I went to U.S. for a Master of Law program and was admitted to New York Bar. I then practiced Chinese law both in Mandarin Chinese and English several years in China before I moved to the U.S. I also worked in a law firm in Frankfurt, Germany for six months as a young lawyer representative of Sichuan Lawyer Association. My legal life has not only enabled me to understand the law, business and society better, but also made me a better
My passion for Chinese language and culture initially comes from my family. My grandfather is a well-known Classic Chinese teacher and poet. My grandfather's brother (who I also call grandpa) is an expert on Tibetan Language and culture. My dad is a scholar on minority culture and religion. Also my mom was a Chinese teacher for several years. I was fascinated by the joy, beauty and satisfactions my family has showed and shared with me regarding Chinese language and culture while growing up. Luckily, on the path of learning, I also met several great teachers who guided me and inspired me. Besides the knowledge, most importantly, they taught me compassion and wisdom ( I am deeply grateful for that). It is my wish to help others in the same way.
