***Hola! My name is Reina. I am a music coach here at Takelessons. I specialize in the voice and ukulele. I offer group and private lessons. I currently offer private lessons on a schedule-as-you-go basis. To help you practice in between your classes, find me on the TL Live group platform Monday-Thursday ❤️

In your lessons we can work on beginning vocal technique, artist development, ukulele chord transitions and strumming, increasing vocal range, audition prep, songwriting, breath control, performance, ear training, music theory, sight reading, and more.

Where can I take voice lessons?
Currently, lessons are available online.

What will I learn in my lessons?
You will learn how to care for, and properly play your instrument. We will start with basic exercises and drills, and move into more advanced techniques as you progress in your skill sets. 

What if I'm a beginner?
Totally fine! I teach all levels beginning through professional. The voice is an instrument just like any other instrument and must be learned in the same manner, from the beginning!

Can I try the first class for Free?
No. I guarantee you will learn something useful, even in your first lesson. 

What is your teaching style?
In order for me to properly teach, you have to trust me. We will build a rapport as you grow your instrument in confidence, strength, and flexibility.

I am a singer/songwriter, voice coach, actress, voice-over artist, mom, wife, and friend. I've battled with confidence in singing, and stage fright and lived to tell about it.
