Worked with students of all ages (9-60), taught students in groups (8-10 people) as well as one-on-one. Prepared students for traveling abroad, passing language exams (DELF A1-B1), passing language interview.

I am in love with teaching languages. Being a Russian native speaker, I can help students to understand this subject deeper and to concentrate more on speaking practice which is very important in learning language. I've been teaching Russian as a second language for more than 10 years.

Helen is a superb teacher — skillful, personable, patient and great fun to work with.

Helen is a patient and enjoyable person who makes learning Russian much less daunting! Her approach of explaining phrases, usage and deconstructing them is much better than dry knowledge of each of the six tenses, lots of vocabulary and complicated syntactic and semantic rules.

I found Helen because I wanted to improve my Russian speaking, reading and writing skills, after having taken Russian on and off for several years. Helen was a wonderful teacher, adapting to my learning pace and adapting her lesson plans so they filled in the gaps in my knowledge.
