Hi, I'm Tamara, an ESL instructor and Yoga instructor. I am a true teacher at heart! I love to help people improve and reach their goals whether thats in learning English or with their fitness and wellness.

My teaching focuses on the whole body using traditional yoga movements as well as movements based on mobility. My main goal as a yoga instructor is to help my students connect with themselves through the practice using breath, mindfulness, and intuitive movement.

My goal is to help you become a fluent English speaker so that you can achieve your personal goals and be successful in this language. You will have the chance to do most of the talking in our sessions and we will focus on the elements you would like the most help with. We will focus on how grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation and all other functions of the language come together with everyday life and conversation. Our classes will be conversation based so that you can get better at speaking and using the language in everyday conversation, this will help you to be the most success in acquiring the language since most of your interactions with native speakers will be through spoken conversation. 

I meet my students at their place of work, university or school, at libraries, coffee shops, parks, or any other public areas that work best for both my students and myself.

A body scan meditation is a great practice for brining in mindfulness to your life. We focus on feeling the body in the present moment through this meditation.
