A personalized plan is made for each student depending on their goals and level of commitment. Intensity varies depending on what the student wants out of lessons. Some students are singing/playing competitively, and some are just singing/playing for fun!

At each lesson the student will play or sing the songs they practiced. Julia will congratulate the student on their improvements and then use a variety of methods to help the stu
dent become more comfortable with the trouble spots. The next part of the lesson will be used to introduce new material.

"I believe learning the language of music can be a great adventure." ~Julia

I could not ask for more in a teacher. Ryan is amazing in every way. He has been teaching my 4 year old son the drums for nearly a year. When my son started lessons, he was actually below the minimum age for students, but he shared a passion for music that Ryan was willing to cultivate and be patient with.

Ryan is versatile in his teaching methods, creative, open, patient. Teaching a young student, Ryan adjusted to teaching music reading fundamentals with colors and shapes. He also figured out ways to correct, critique and build all the while building a young child's confidence.

Ryan provides a written evaluation of our son annually and has him prepare for two public recitals a year. Ryan integrates modern technology into the lessons to quickly provide feedback and create customized beats and tempos to practice to.

Above all, Ryan smiles and laughs. He makes every lesson pleasant and we treasure him, truly.

About Sara
Hi! My name is Sara. My studio began in 2000, teaching one violin student. I took a break and went to college to earn my A.A. in Music and my Piano Performance Certificate from Riverside Community College in California. I graduated Great Distinction and was on the Dean's list. I received many piano and academic scholarships. While in college I started my studio in Riverside California teaching Piano to an autistic child. I taught him 3 times a week and made exceptional progress. I enjoyed it so much I started teaching full time in 2008 teaching piano, harp, violin, voice, guitar, flute and clarinet. Soon I had 50 students and created a 501 (c) (3) non-profit music school. My students and I perform for the public, including nursing homes. The performances are important for the students progress as well as the Piano Guild where students are
adjudicated by judges in a non competitive environment. Moving back to my hometown, I am excited to meet new students!

She has such patience and grace and her kindness just flows from her. She puts a smile on your face and assures confidence within you that you can learn to play the violin. We look forward to many more lessons with Sara! Thank you Sara, and God bless you!

About Megan
I am a highly trained singer with over 30 years performance experience and over 20 years teaching experience. I have taught private lessons, volunteer choirs, professional choirs, and elementary, junior high, and high school choirs.
I was an all-state choir member multiple times and have coached many students to success in all-region and all-state choir auditions.
I have worked with students from beginners to professionals. I have developed many effective techniques for improving basics of breath support and mastering vocal placement.
I believe that singing brings joy to every soul and, just like riding a bike, everyone can do it. You may skin your knee a few times but by getting back up and getting on the bike you will master the art of singing faster than you ever believed possible.
If you're considering vocal lessons contact me today

About William
I am a professional guitar instructor. I earned a Bachelor of Music in Music Education and graduated with High Honors. My formal training includes classical guitar performance, jazz guitar and improvisation, music theory and arranging, psychology, piano, violin, recording, and much more.

With over 25 years of teaching experience and well over 30 years of experience playing music, I have enjoyed working with students as well as other musicians with broadly diverse backgrounds. I have performed solo, played in rock bands, blues and jazz combos, duos, trios, and classical guitar quartets as well as large guitar ensembles.

Students currently studying with me include young through older adult and retirement age students with performance goals ranging from the private, personal enjoyment of playing music, to professional and semi-profess
ional aspirations.

I strive to provide a friendly, comfortable learning environment my students can thrive in. I won't pressure you to play in recitals in order to increase my studio size, but I will greatly encourage you to play an active role in customizing your own individual curriculum. As soon as you have the skills to do so, you should be learning to play the music you love.

Regardless of what your musical goals are, I would love to help you learn the skills you need to reach them. Thank you so much for your time.

I chose to take up the guitar later in life (after retirement). I did not read music nor did I feel that I had any rhythm. William was extremely patient with me and brought me to levels that far exceeded my expectations. William has a rare ability to be able to put a person at ease and reduce their tension level. Sometimes it was through playing and sometimes through playing. He was able to read my apprehension level very well and seemed to always choose the correct method. I moved away from the area and thus far have not found a guitar teacher with the same abilities. Regardless of age or ability, I would recommend William to anyone. Were it not so expensive I would gladly fly back to Phoenix once a week to continue my lessons with William.

As a self taught guitar player of more than 20 years I found myself "playing inside the box". William was able to give me techniques and advice to drastically improve my playing. From beginners to more advanced players, William is phenomenal. I worked at a large music store in Tempe for 12 years and for the last several years William was the only instructor I sent my clients to. I don't vouch for many people but I am more than confident vouching for William.

He is such an inspiration and a fantastic teacher! I highly recommend taking lessons with William. He is phenomenal!
