My name is Steve and I have been dancing/teaching different styles of dance for 7 years now. I specialize in teaching beginners and I enjoy watching my students progress quickly and meet their goals. If you have always wanted to learn a specific type of dance but never knew where to start then I think my services would be a perfect fit for you.
I can teach East Coast Swing, Foxtrot, Waltz, Cha-Cha, Rumba, Tango, and Salsa. I also teach Wedding Dances if you are looking to look sharp on your special day!! Group classes and country line dances are available if you are looking to entertain party guests or host a reoccurring social event.
My services are available in all of San Diego County at any location you can provide. Most of my lessons take place at the student's residence but I am flexible as long as the student provides the alternate location. See prices below and I look forward to introducing dance into your life.
My personality matches my teaching style which is laid back. I believe that everyone who wants to dance should have a chance to. I think that some beginner teachers focus too much on the technique and forget to make lessons fun and exciting. My biggest skill is helping beginners gain confidence so

I've been teaching private vocal instruction since 2003, and opened my own studio in 2008. I love helping people find their true, authentic voice, which I feel is essential not only for singers but many other people as well! Singing is a great joy, and the voice is one of our primary modes of expre

I have been teaching and coaching actors for over 20 years. My students work professionally on stage, TV and film. Within the first few lessons, you will understand how to create a character. Soon, you will have the skills to book a role. I specialize in method acting, but draw upon my experience at The Second City (improvisation) in Chicago and other training I have had. I love working with students of all ages and experience levels; I can't wait to meet you!
Are you working on a part for a play or film and need assistance? If you are new to acting, I can teach you what it takes to be an actor and how to bring a character to life. Do you need to prepare for an audition? Do you want to learn about the business of acting? Script analysis? I can help. I
Within weeks of pairing up, my acting style/delivery is far more conversational. Plus, I’m more at ease when working to find the true essence of a character to develop and make my own.
I always walk away from Jeremy’s sessions learning something new. Jeremy’s constant encouragement has propelled my confidence, as an actor, to another level.
Initially, I wasn’t really into the idea of taking acting classes via FaceTime. The idea sounded so impersonal and potentially distracting, not with Jeremy. It's as if he's working with you, face-to-face, in a studio.
In addition to acting, Jeremy has been so supportive with my first attempt in writing a screenplay. He's such a creative influence.
The secret is out, Jeremy Kruse is the "Best Instructor Ever"! Working with him makes my dreams of becoming an accomplished actor a reality. Thanks Jeremy!

As with any profession, actors have tools. Just as a doctor needs a stethoscope or a fireman needs a hose, there are certain items an actor must keep in their toolbox. I usually start classes or lessons by asking my new students or clients what they think these tools might be. Sometimes, the answer is very literal ("Script!"), and other times abstract ("Passion!"). None of these is a wrong answer. Being an actor or artist is subjective and everyone's process is different and valid. But t …
