Timothy M. is a professional trombonist, experienced educator and a social media expert in the New Haven area. He has been found performing with various ensembles such as the Chicago Symphony, Pacific Music Festival Orchestra, Richmond Symphony, Music Academy of the West and the New World Symphony. Mr Maines has taught over 100 students during his career and is looking for more students that are passionate about music! Over the years Mr. M. has become a social media influencer. He currently has 267,000 followers on TikTok, 250,000 followers on Youtube and 137,000 followers on Instagram. He recently created a successful ad with Brasswitch featuring New York Metropolitan Opera's trombonist Weston Sprott and New York Philharmonic's Joseph Alessi generating a significant uptick in sales. He also was a social media consultant for the Music Academy of the West in Santa Barbara California. Aside from trombone and social media, Mr. M. engages in a variety of activities such as playing video games with friends, swing dancing, studying languages, and exploring the great outdoors. Mr. M. is currently earning a Master's in Musical Arts at Yale University.
