My approach is to help each student play with comfort and confidence. Each lesson includes a practice assignment for the next lesson.

I started drumming at the age of 12. First Junior High Band, then High School Band, Drum & Bugle Corps, High School Marching Band, High School Jazz Band, and neighborhood garage bands. I then went to college, where I participated in Symphony Band, Jazz Band, Percussion Ensemble, and drumming three nights a week with a local band performing Rock and Country. Minor in Music with emphasis in Percussion.

David is an excellent teacher! My son enjoys his personality and is learning so much. He is really growing as a musician after only 3 lessons. David is very flexible and easy to work with. He is easily contacted and promptly responds to any questions we have. Because of his extensive musical experience, David has the skills to teach every genre. We are enjoying his teaching plan on continuing lessons with David for a long time.
