We are loving cello with Quinn! We had her in person before COVID and now online. She does a great job of guiding the learning process and working with the student (my daughter as an individual)

My 9 yr old daughter began cello lessons with Quinn about 2 weeks before lockdown started. I was worried that online lessons wouldn't work out, but Quinn has been amazing. She's great at explaining everything so that my daughter understands, and she pushes just enough to keep her interested without being overwhelmed. She also answers questions promptly by email when any problems arise. I can't recommend her highly enough!

Although I stopped my piano lessons a while ago due to some personal issue, I really enjoyed my learning process with DeAnna. She organized her lessons very well and made me progressing every week. She's a really good teacher. Love her!

Most single productive day I’ve had at the piano.
Martin
DeAnna has excellent credentials as a pianist and music theorist, but more importantly for me she is a patient teacher and good communicator who works hard to ensure that I learn and understand even the most basic skills and techniques. She is also fun to talk to and be with, and her love of music is infectious. She is an excellent teacher for an older student, and I imagine for younger ones too.

Writing music can be one of the hardest things to do, but it can also be the most rewarding. Writing music is my passion. I have developed a curriculum designed to break down the process of writing music through a theoretical, conceptual and creative approach. I believe creativity is something that can be taught. Like any type of music, it is a skill that when practiced the right way, can improve. I can teach composition of any genre of music from singer-songwriter music, to rock/pop to advanced modern jazz. Together we will work to help you write your own songs and unlock the creativity you have in you.

About Pablo

With years of teaching and gigging experience in a wide variety of musical styles, I can teach students whatever they are interested in learning. I believe the most musical improvement occurs when the student is having fun with the process of learning. My lessons are a fun and relaxed environment wh

Just wanted to update my review after taking a few lessons with Kristin. In addition to providing great yoga instruction, she's also been sharing these incredible explanations of how my body works (or isn't working right) that clearly come from a deep understanding of science and the structure of the human body. It is amazing to be able to both connect with the body and to understand how it works physiologically at the same time!
