"Punk at it's finest
I liked the way that Matt listens to the songs I like and within seconds he's able to play them by ear. Hopefully and with some more
training and lessons I will be able to get on that level. Other than that I have no complaints."

"Family Music Teacher
We have enjoyed having Maureen as our familyâs music teacher. My son started taking flute lessons with Maureen in 2009 and advance
d through the levels very quickly. He plays flute in YOSAC (Youth Orchestra of Southern Alameda County). He also plays saxophone and tried out and was selected for the Alameda County Honor Band. Maureen worked with him on jazz theory and improvisation and he plays in the jazz band at school. With Maureen, he worked through all six levels of Master Theory and is ready for the college level AP Music Theory at 14 years old. He also completed the MTAC (Music Teachersâ Association of California) Composerâs Today workbooks and used http://www.noteflight.com to write his own music and participate in composition contests. My daughter has been taking piano and violin lessons with Maureen and has been doing a great job. She is playing classical music on violin in school and in YOSAC (Youth Orchestra of Southern Alameda County). On piano she is learning to play the blues and jazz, as well as learning theory and composition. Both of my children have been able to successfully participate in the LaHonda Summer Music Camp. We have had a great experience with Maureen throughout the past 5 years and have enjoyed seeing her each week."

"Highly recommended as a singing teacher
I've been taking singing lessons with Donna for about 4 months. I'm a middle-aged guy who took up guitar a few ye
ars ago and realized that in order to be a well rounded musician I had to be able to sing. Before I started I was a complete disaster - really no ability to match a pitch with my voice, and very little vocal control. I have made huge progress through working with Donna. She just 'knows what to do' as a vocal teacher. Perhaps as important, her friendly and supportive attitude makes what could be very tense and humiliating (trying to sing when you can't!) into a fun and satisfying experience."

"Wow! What an experience.
Arnell is a brilliant instructor.she is motivating, exciting, fun,. creative and very informative.she is a miracle worker. Arnel
l has done wonders with our 3 children.before they started the piano and singing classes with Arnell, my husband and I realized that it would be very difficult and very challenging for our 8 year old son to learn the piano, seeing that he was diagnosed with a learning disability. to our amazement we were very pleased to see our child, our children reading musical notes and playing the piano fluently in such a very short time,it brought tears to our eyes. Yes my family is very blessed to have Arnell as a piano and singing instructor."

"Worlds greatest guitarist gives lessons (and he's a good guy too)
I have been taking lessons with Scott for almost 10 years. Lessons have varied from ear
training to guitar to songwriting. He is one of the most knowledgable and gifted musicians/ teachers I have ever known.
Lesson structures have been both formal and informal (at my request). I take a lot of information and knowledge home from each one and plenty to practice. Whether you want to learn a song or you want to learn theory, he can explain anything clearly and comfortably meeting you on your skill level.
I was really uncomfortable with where I was musically when I first started taking lessons. Almost immediately after starting with Scott I was confident in talking with other musicians in their language.
Do yourself and anyone who hears you make music a favor, and get a lesson with Scott!"

Melody is a certified Speech Level Singing Instructor. She maintains this certification through the continuous rigorous training and evaluation program created by celebrity vocal instructor Seth Riggs whose students include Michael Jackson, Kelly Clarkson, Stevie Wonder, Josh Groban, and many more. Melody utilizes over 10 years of vocal study to help her students connect head and chest voice, create a strong mix voice, and extend their ranges. She creates a fun and relaxed atmosphere where mist
akes are considered part of the learning process, and thus encouraged. She has studied with Seth Riggs (CEO SLS), Greg Enriquez (SLS), Kathy Kennedy (SLS), Virginia Norwood (SLS), Guy Babusek (SLS), Charlene Chi (PHD. Voice UCSB), Dr. Randal Wagner, and Steve Mortier.
Melody has been a professional musician, vocalist, and actress since she was 16 years old. She began her career in musical theatre and graduated to film and television, starring in the independent hit "Down and Out with the Dolls." Her rolls in theatrical productions include Ti Moune in Once on This Island, Rizzo in Grease and numerable others. She has enjoyed a career as a professional vocalist performing in nightclubs, music festivals, casino's, and as an opening act for many national and touring performers. As a teacher, Melody draws from her experiences on the road, in front of the camera, and in the studio. She currently holds a Bachelor's of Music Degree from San Diego State University's Don Powell school of Music and Dance, and is a Certified SLS Vocal Technique Instructor. She teaches all ages, from young children to seasoned adults.
Personal Message: "Learning how to sing is fun!! It is also a lot of work. =) My goal for each student in every lesson is that they EXPERIENCE something new and better when it comes to vocal technique, and that they EXPERIENCE what I like to call the "happy music feeling." The perfect hybrid is when vocal technique is no longer an issue, and singing songs becomes effortless, joyful, and ripe for self expression and passion. This does not happen overnight, but with practice, dedication, and a patient impatience that keeps the student striving for perfection while simultaneously enjoying the process.
I teach all ages and I don't require an audition like many other highly trained teachers. I understand that you are coming to me to learn HOW to sing, and this is why I love beginners so much! I have spent many years studying to become the best voice teacher I can because I find teaching others the joy of singing incredibly rewarding. I understand the demands of a rigorous performance schedule, and I love the opportunity to help fine tune a working singer's vocal technique. Whether you are a beginner, a professional, or somewhere in between, I can teach you to sing higher, stronger, and faster with more ease than you probably thought possible. I look forward to working with you and your voice!"
Here are some nice things people have said about her:
"A rock chanteuse with a bold attitude and a set of seductive, versatile pipes. . " -Anthony Davis Texarkana Gazette
The Forum Newsweekly "Melody stands poised to take the national stage with a unique style and dynamic performing presence."
The Shreveport times "She sat in for a set at the Noble Savage Tavern and as soon as she hit that first chord and that first note, everybody stopped talking and faces were pointed to the stage."
Dan Garner Tipitina's
The Shreveport Times "Whether she's playing solo shows or gigs with her band, [Melody] has a keen ability to translate her emotions about dreams lost and chased into bluesy, heartfelt, tumultuous vocals."
Michael Pickett "Hey Melody! Thanks so much for jumping into the 2007 Lake Roosevelt Musicfest. You were a huge hit up here!! The mayor was sitting around with some of her volunteers and told me 'we think Melody takes the prize this year'. It was just a great addition the event and you made me look really good by just knocking everybody out like that! "
Personal thank you letter from Michael Pickett, promoter of annual Musicfest in Marcus, Washington.

SKYPE LESSONS: Since I moved to Pennsylvania from San Diego, I have begun taking all of my lessons from Seth Riggs via Skype. I also maintained almost my entire San Diego student base by teaching via Skype, and in addition starting accepting students from all over the country and the world. I now have a very busy studio with an over 70% Skype student base due to the high demand for SLS technique and a balanced approach to singing instruction. My youngest Skype student is 4 years old, and I recently held my first Skype Student integrated recital where online students performed live on a big screen from the comfort of their own homes! I'm constantly thinking of new ways to engage students from all corners of the world, create an online studio community, and offer performance and learning opportunities. Skype lessons are a great option for those without access to good vocal technique instructors or those who have tight schedules and prefer not to battle traffic on the way to the voice studio.
*** Studio Equipment *** Keyboard, piano, microphone, Guitars.
*** Travel Equipment *** Will travel for: Studio coaching for artist recording.
*** Specialties *** Voice: I teach pop, musical theatre, Jazz, rock and blues styles.

The Harmonica is my specialty as a professional performer and teacher. It's not my 2nd or 3rd instrument, but my primary one that I've spent a lifetime mastering. I've been teaching, performing and recording on the harmonica for over 30 years and I'm an expert on both the chromatic harmonica and the ten hole diatonic "Blues Harp". I work with absolute beginners to the most advanced professional level in a wide variety of styles. My lessons are tailored to suit your individual needs.

Working with Clint was great. I learned a lot about the pucker style of playing and breathing. I am confident that I will learn to play comfortably.
Chris March 17, 2016
I have personally benefitted from Clint's lessons for over 2 years now and have learned much, much faster than I possibly could have on my own or through the internet. He brings his wealth of musical knowledge and performance experience, meets you right where you are, and leads you to the next level . He is also adaptable in tailoring his lessons to help you go where YOU want to go, no matter what style or level of expertise you wish to master.
I would highly recommend Clint for anyone at any level who wants to broaden and deepen their harmonica skill.
Chris March 15, 2016
My intention when I started taking lessons with Clint was to continue as long as I was making progress, and as long as I found playing and practicing enjoyable. After two years, I still look forward to our lessons as much as when I began.
Clint is always positive, and he does an excellent job of tailoring his instruction to the interests of his student.
I highly recommend Clint to anyone who is serious about learning to play harmonica.

My daughter recently started taking Piano lessons with Mr.Dan. During the first class, Mr.Dan analyzed her level of expertise and interests in music to understand where she stands. Based on that, he suggested a plan for her to learn further. It works well and she is all excited now. We look forward to many future lessons. We highly recommend him.

We introduced Piano to our son at age six. We’re thrilled with his progress. We appreciate Mr. Severino’s patience and ability to teach young children, his knowledge and love for Music. We look forward to many future lessons! We highly recommend Mr. Severino and his teaching methods.
Jack April 6, 2016
One of Mr. Severino's greatest attributes is his patience in fostering a love of music in small very active children. All 4 of my kids owe a great deal of their musical talents to Mr. Dan
I was educated on organ and classical piano as a child through late teenage years, playing and winning competitions regularly. I received a B.S. Mechanical Engineering and worked in the corporate world as design engineer and software sales manager. Later as an entrepreneur, I created and ran a design and retail business.
My interest in classical music performance renewed as a mid-life adult. During the past five years I have been trained by a highly respected performance and pedagogical leader and attended summer workshops where I received private training by a Juilliard graduate and conce
rt pianist. I also have acquired an in-depth knowledge of college level theory through private tutoring.
I have attended many educational conferences, seminars, and master classes and participate regularly in recitals. I currently work as a substitute church pianist.
My life experiences have given me the ability to communicate well with various types of people and styles of learners. I do not utilize only one method series as I structure my curriculum to the individualized needs of each of my students. It is my goal to not only teach the proper technique and repertoire of the piano but to bring the peace and joy of music learning and playing to my adult students.
