Kung Fu

Hello there! 
I'm Brandon, I reside in Middle River, MD and I'm looking to do my bit to make the world a better place! I intend on doing so by teaching Kung Fu and Tai Chi lessons to help others heal and strengthen their mind, body and spirit.
I've been teaching Traditional Kung Fu for about 9 years and Yang style Tai Chi for about 6 years. My Tai Chi classes are a combination of Tai Chi, Chi Gong (breath work) and sometimes I'll throw a little Kung Fu in there to keep it fun, engaging and challenging. My Kung Fu classes are relative to your needs entirely. There's an art side and a martial side that I'm well versed in teaching. If you want one or both, that's a conversation we can have!

My class's intensity varies relative to the student's age, strengths, weaknesses, injuries and physical ability. I will assess your wants and needs and adapt to you and your learning preference/style. It is my goal to help you achieve your desired health goals.

I teach Kung Fu the way it was intended to be taught. Functional applications for movements intertwined with philosophy, meditation, and an emphasis on mind, body and spirit connection. 
Kung Fu is a martial art that is often misinterpreted and seen as useless or mere art. This doesn't have to be the case! When taught properly and given a modern context, time and study, Kung Fu is an all encompassing martial art. 
I would be honored to teach you all the facets of this ancient art!

I specialize in Hung Gar, Northern Shaolin, Emperors Southen Long Fist and Praying Mantis. I do dabble in other styles such as Wing Chun, Choy Li Fut, Monkey style, Wu Dang and more. 
I recommend styles relative to body type, age, and clientele's personal interests.
