Coach Rose Introduction

Coach Rose was everything my daughter needed at just the right time! My daughter, starting out at 4 yrs old and now 9 yrs old has the skills needed that have made her stand out in her gym and even compete and win in her first 2 competitions. All thanks to the foundation and skills she gained training with Coach Rose through online coaching at home. She still says Coach Rose is the best coach she has had so far.

Coach Rose is amazing! She met my daughter and really quick bond with her and started to see her needs. She is so good sending drills to help in the most necessary areas!. Her videos are really detailed and helps the gymnast to understand where the mistakes are and she sends a lot of different exercises to train you so you don't fell on the same mistakes again.
