Yaminah is an exciting, high quality hip-hop dance instructor. I recommend the experience if you are looking for a creative, impactful, patient, and positive instructor. You won't regret it. My daughter is a bit of an introvert and has Down Syndrome. Yaminah not only teaches her beginner lessons; she achieves results. She demonstrates the dance and ensures my daughter not only learns the routine but understands and can recite back the count. When Yaminah asks, she can explain the difference between the dance steps she learns. Yaminah effectively communicates with her without treating her like she has special needs. Her routine contains the same dance moves you or I would learn. I love that she encourages her to let her personality shine through her dance. She is taking recurring lessons. I can see her coming out of her shell more each time she has a lesson. The dance routines are exciting and she is having fun.

Yaminah is super talented and tailors her class to the needs of her dance students! Excellent!
